Patient Medical Records Destruction

Royal Angkor International Hospital would like to inform our valued patients and the public that the hospital will proceed with destruction of patient medical records (HN) for patients whose last visit was between 1 January 2012 and 31 December 2015.

Patients who wish to request a copy of their medical records are kindly asked to submit their request to the Registration & Reception Department within the notice period below:
